Ellis Engineering & Construction Management Services, LLC (EECMS) was established as a consulting firm specializing in structural analysis and design of building structures, structural condition assessment of existing structures and construction management services. Its founder, Devon Ellis, Ph.D., P.E., a registered professional engineer, has had more than two decades of experience performing structural engineering analysis and design, building inspections and performing construction management. The EECMS team recognizes that an important metric of the success of any project is the satisfaction of the project owners. Consequently, a major focus of the EECMS operations is to ensure a very high level of satisfaction of its clients through the provision of accurate, professional, flexible and value-added services to its clients.
